1.Rates
The rates published on this website is valid only for the bookings made through this website.
2.Payments
If not otherwise stated, all payments will be made at check-out by the guest and the Hotel will not deduct any money from guest's credit card before guest's arrival to the Hotel. However, the Hotel's reservation department may charge a small amount and refund it back to check credit card's validity.
If the total nights for the stay (Number of Rooms x Number of Nights) is more than 10 nights, the Hotel has the right to charge 15% of the total amount ('DEPOSIT') before check-in time and this amount is; the remaining amount will be paid at check-out by the guest.
Also, if the expire date of guest's credit card is earlier than the check in date, the Hotel has the right to charge the total amount.
No refunds will be made for deposits and/or no-show penalties.
3.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7+ days before arrival date are not subject to any penalties and guest's credit card will not be charged.
Cancellations made between 1-7 days before arrival date are subject to a 1 Night Room Rate & Tax 'No-Show Penalty' for each room in the reservation order and will be charged from guest's credit card.
Cancellations made on Check In Date or No-Shows (the guest fails to check in at the hotel, without any cancellation) are subject to 100% of the Total Cost in the reservation order and will be charged from guest's credit card.
4.Group Reservations
You can book up to 8 rooms using our online reservation system, for bookings more than 8 rooms, please visit our Group Reservations section.
